Spiritual Healing

Please note, spiritual healing sessions will not be covered by insurance, as they are not considered psychotherapy, nor will I offer these sessions in my capacity as a psychotherapist.

Over the past several years, I have utilized Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a primary modality and have been privileged to witness how incredibly powerful it can be in bringing about profound healing and transformation in my therapy clients. As I have gained experience with it, my work has begun to extend beyond the realm of the psychological and into the spiritual. It has become apparent to me that I need to offer separate spiritual healing services.

To address spiritual concerns, I will continue to utilize the IFS approach. I have trained with Richard Schwartz, founder of IFS, and Robert Falconer, author, teacher, and consultant specializing in the "far reaches" of IFS. I also seek on-going consultation with IFS Certified Consultants as needed.

While training and consultation are certainly important, my own spiritual awakening journey provides the bulk of my understanding of the spiritual realm. While many people experience overwhelming love or incredible beauty as their introduction to the spirit world, my own experience was the polar opposite of that and it was only later that I also experienced divine love. As challenging as the journey has been, it has led me to healers from different spiritual traditions and I have learned how to better navigate and understand the spiritual world. Though spiritual awakening is ultimately a solo journey, it was crucial to find people who truly believed me and could help me along the way. I hope to be that support for others now.
