Spiritual Healing

Please note, spiritual healing sessions will not be covered by insurance, as they are not considered psychotherapy, nor will I offer these sessions in my capacity as a psychotherapist.

Over the past several years, I have utilized Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a primary modality and have been privileged to witness how incredibly powerful it can be in bringing about profound healing and transformation in my therapy clients. As I have gained experience with it, my work has begun to extend beyond the realm of the psychological and into the spiritual. It has become apparent to me that I need to offer separate spiritual healing services.

To address spiritual concerns, I will also utilize the IFS approach. I have trained with Richard Schwartz, founder of IFS, and Robert Falconer, author, teacher, and consultant specializing in the "far reaches" of IFS. While training and consultation are certainly valuable and important, my own spiritual awakening journey has provided the bulk of my understanding of the spiritual and I continually do my own work, often with the help of other healers.
